Hello, I am the kitchen manager of an IVF centre. As a senior, I am responsible for providing the best quality food to our patients. Food should be made with hygienic and good quality equipment, as our first priorities are the patient's health and safety. Our aim is to provide nutrient-dense food that enhances the IVF treatment.  We need some equipment to enhance our kitchen, and we need a curd-making machine urgently.
